Blogger Prompt - Week 10, Term 1, 2018

 

Your Success - Who is responsible?



This week is all about ‘not giving up’.  

We are almost at the end of term one and we thought this was the perfect time to chat about what to do when things get hard!

Watch the videos before answering the prompts. They may help develop your thinking around having the ‘courage to continue’.

 
1. "Failures open the doors to success!" Tell us about a time when you failed with something?

I can't remember but failure dose open doors to help you achieve 

your goals.



2. Tell us about a time when you had success? What did you do to achieve success?
I went out and made some more friends and I did that by talk to other people that I didn't know much about.


3. We are responsible for our own success and learning. Do you agree or disagree and why?
Agree because you have to engaged in your learning yourself.  

4. What is a challenge you have faced this year? Explain what happened.
I'm not to sure.

5. There's no such thing as an overnight success. What does this mean? Do you agree and why?
There is no such thing as a overnight success is not real because you cant sleep and then one of your projects are randomly.

6. Why do we give up? What can we do to avoid giving up in the future? Who can help us?
we give up because we don't believe in them selves or we don't think that we can do it.

7. "If you do what is easy, your life will be hard." What is this trying to tell us?
I'm not sure .

8. Inner confidence and self-belief are the keys to success. Do you agree or disagree and why?
I agree.

9. Who is responsible for your success?
Yourself because you are the one to achieve success.

My Sister On the sixth of December 2016 Belinda went on a trip to Fiji for a netball tournament to verse different teams from different parts of the world like Australia. She got to go on the tournament because she was training with Motivations New Zealand. The team selectors liked how she played and trained, so they asked her if she wanted to be apart of the Fiji tournament team, she agreed to be a part of the team. To go on the tournament she had to fundraise money so she could play netball for Motivations New Zealand. She managed to raise one-thousand five hundred dollars buy selling raffle tickets at her parents work and to family and friends. How to defend in the circle Step 1: take three steps away from your  partner as you keep practising you will know when you are three feet away Step 2: first put your right leg back (slightly) Step 3: do a half turn and keep your head straight facing your partner     Step 4: then do poss like superman with your fist open Step 5: make sure your front knee is slightly bent Step 6: if you fall bring your hand down to your side so you don’t get pulled up for contact Now you can different in the circle       Self Reflection 1) what has your level of enjoyment been throughout the writing/i movie process? e.g not my thing.
